At Hakrinbank, integrity, safety, and respect are fundamental to who we are. When something does not feel right, it is important that we know. Speaking up helps protect our people, our operations, and the banks' reputation. When you raise a concern in good faith, you will be taken seriously, treated with respect, and protected.

You should Speak Up if you see or experience anything unsafe, unethical, illegal, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our policies or values. This includes inappropriate behavior, safety or security breaches, conflicts of interest, fraud, corruption, misuse of confidential information, or safety risks. If you are unsure whether something should be reported, Speak Up anyway - reasonable concern is enough.

Whenever possible, we encourage you to raise concerns internally by speaking with your manager, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer. They will listen, handle your concern confidentially, and help determine the appropriate next step. If you do not feel comfortable reporting internally, or if your concern remains unresolved, you may use Hakrinbanks' independent external Speak Up channel, managed by Compliance Caribbean. Reports can be submitted confidentially and, if you choose, anonymously via this website, phone or WhatsApp, or email. Hakrinbank does not control or monitor these systems.

After submitting a report, you will receive confirmation within three days. Your concern will be assessed and, where appropriate, investigated independently. If a violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken, and you will be informed of the outcome or progress while respecting privacy.

Your Protection
When you Speak Up in good faith, your identity is protected, your information is handled confidentially, and retaliation is strictly prohibited. This includes protection against dismissal, demotion, intimidation, discrimination, or any disadvantage linked to raising a concern. If you believe retaliation has occurred, report it immediately.

Speaking up is not disloyal. It helps keep Hakrinbank a safe, respectful, and trusted organization.
